25L Barrels
Just prior to Xmas we put down 15 x 25L Barrels with our R&D rum.
All barrels are the same construction and age. The difference is the yeast blends we distilled. This weekend 7 of us tasting these 14 barrels and the consensus will determined which yeast blends we move forward with and put down into larger barrels to become our unique Rum blend in 2 years time. Exciting times ahead. Now for MBRC to just approve our DA so we can move forward with all everything we have.
