Our installations slowly continue.
We recently had our new still delivered and installed by Damian from QLD Cooperage, a local business.
We are absolutely proud to have one of his designs that was created from the rough images in our heads.
This still will primarily be for our Rums and has a lot of work to do over the next couple years before we are allowed to legally release a product that can be called a Rum.
Now that this still is in place we can get our local electrician and plumber in to do their magic to give us power and a cooling supply.
In the meantime we await delivery of the barrels, also supplied by QLD Cooperage, that will mature our current R&D efforts over a period of 3 to 6 mths. This will give us an indication of which of the R&D processes will become our signature going forward.
Exciting times ahead.
Now we just need our DA approved.
